PASSAWE International LLC is a Virginia, United States-based consulting firm that provides program and project management services to public and private sector clients. We provide business development and support services, including proposal and business plan development. We help mid-market clients select and implement business systems, including Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) solutions. We work with our clients to identify and secure trade financing and investment solutions. We design and host various training programs for junior and senior project managers and other project stakeholders.

Whether it is to establish a Program Management Office (PMO) or to manage or rescue a short-term project, our certified Project Management Professionals (PMPs), with senior "Big 4" consulting background and many years of experience establishing PMOs and managing multimillion-dollar programs, would provide you with a very high quality service, using well-established methodologies and toolsets. Our experts are not just certified PMPs (Project Management Institute, www.pmi.org ), they hold advanced degrees and have many years of experience in many other areas--including accounting, finance, law, and taxation.
We work with you to select, implement, and support your business systems. We obtain a full understanding of your business cycles and processes; identify and document the inputs, processes, and outputs for each business area, and develop an implementation plan, identifying the resources, costs, and schedule requirements associated with the system implementation. We then manage the implementation and provide post-implementation support and training.
We help you to develop a financing plan and implementation strategy to support your new or ongoing initiatives. We develop processes, reports and validation parameters to manage your financial performance, and develop corrective measures as required, to ensure that your strategic objectives and financial targets are not put at risk.
