Wilfred A. Passawe, MBA, PMP
Mr. Passawe is a seasoned consultant with over 20 years of experience in program and project management, business systems selection and implementation, financial and production management, trade financing, training and career development, and tax management.
For seven years--until December 2004, Mr. Passawe worked for Cap Gemini Ernst & Young and Sogeti USA LLC and held various positions. The last position he held was Director of Consulting Services, with management and delivery responsibilities for various multimillion-dollar projects in the United States and Latin America.
From 1997 to 2002, Mr. Passawe worked as a Cap Gemini Ernst & Young prepaid wireless services expert and project management consultant for a number of large US telecommunications companies--Sprint, TeleCorp PCS, and Nextel International, Inc., to establish prepaid wireless services in the US and Latin America. All of the projects were successfully launched.
In 2003 and 2004, Mr. Passawe worked with the Government of the District of Columbia's Administrative Services Modernization Program (ASMP) and Human Services Modernization Program (HSMP), the U.S. Federal Trade Commission, and the American Red Cross Information Technology Department, to improve their respective program and project management capabilities.
In 2003, Mr. Passawe served as Chairman of the Consultant Mentoring and Career Development Board for Sogeti USA's regional office and led the re-design of the program. More than 150 consultants participated in the program. He also served as instructor and lead project management expert for the regional project management training program.
Mr. Passawe received his M.B.A. from George Mason University in Fairfax, Virginia. He is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and a member of the Project Management Institute (PMI).
